In this video I show you how to set a screensaver as your desktop wallpaper in all versions of Vista. It might work in Xp too. I had also experienced my taskbar disapearing whilst the screensaver wallpaper is active, just press the widows key to get it back. Here are the codes ribbons.scr /p65552 bubbles.scr /p65552 windows energy.scr /p65552 (not sure if this one works) aurora.scr /p65552 Again I am not sure if this will work in Windows XP, but I do know that it works for all versions of Vista.

Windows Vista Beta was like in 2005 or something, that vid is from 2007 I guess, so that has to be a theme LOL.

Is that Windows Vista Beta?
Or is it a theme?
If that’s a theme, then where did you get it from?

This doesn’t actually make your desktop a screensaver. It just opens the screensaver in a new (fullscreen) window.
@emgee65 I am on Vista premium.
hey it worked on Win7 Home Premium
nice
@illage2 must be my comp then XD
This was done on 64bit Vista.
not working on the 64 bit
when put bubble on in froze w.e window i was in btw might be by laptop
btw, every1 who is wondering, i tried it, and yes, it does work on windows 7.
You can close the screen effect by press “ALT+F4″
@CiphersSon what the bubles screensaver does, is takes a screenshot, then the bubbles fly on the screenshot, thats why your screen “froze” the screensaver opens in a window with this methord
@silverstrikeful no, you cant, it’s the screensaver but open in a window, it’s not a wallpaper, and u dont want to keep doing this, notice that when u do it, your desktop icons disapear? and when u right click, no menu pops up?
OMFG I’M SOF ED UP OF GOING FROM VID TO VID THAT SAY HOW TO MAKE A SCREENSAVER A DESKTOP BACKGROUND…
IT AINT A FUCKING WALLPAPER!!!!!!
IT’S THE SCREENSAVER, BUT OPEN IN A FUCKING WINDOW!!!!!
NOTICE YOUR DESKTOP ICONS DISAPEAR WHEN YOU DO THIS???
AND HEN U RIGHT CLICK, NOTHING HAPPENS??
TO END THIS GO INTO TASK MANAGER BY PRESSING CTRL, SHIFT, ESC, THEN FIND “screensavername.scr” SO IF U USED RIBBONS, IT WOULD BE “ribbons.scr” END THAT AND THEN IT WILL BE GONE
make sure administrator
