  4. disabling UAC doenst help my problem,
    even after turning it off, my problem gets worse
    with trying to make changes on my PC,

    i use advanced system care 3 to make my PC run
    faster, it works, and also move around files on
    my harddrive, but i need administrator privilage
    to run it and do the changes to files, im standard

    i want to find out how to disable the administrator
    privilage thing while being a standard user,

    any1 else agree?
