Subject: Sign in & Registration – I need my password reset
Additional Information: I’m trying to sign onto Yahoo mail but
it’s not working.
When I type in my password it says its wrong.
I checked my caps lock and I typed everything correctly.
I clicked on the “Forgot your password?” thing and it says
I’m not able to change my password…
I have a feeling that someone figured out my password but I doubt it.
I checked my Firefox settings and I tried to sign on using IE but that
doesn’t help either. I had to make this account so I can ask this
question. I really have no idea what is going on here. This account is
very important for me and is the only way i can contact my sick friend.
If you guys can’t help me out then please give me a phone number to
contact you guys. I may also get a laywer to open up this account. This
email is very very important to me.

As you can see my account was obviously hacked and got it banned.
Is there anyway I can get my account back because it’s really important.

So I don’t get in trouble for not answering your actual question: I don’t know why Yahoo Customer Support is gay. I didn’t know they were. I wouldn’t even know how to tell if they were gay.
It’s way too much information to read through, but it’s quite possible that the reason you couldn’t get into your account wasn’t because someone hacked into it, but because it had already been suspended. You can try appealing a 2nd time, but hopefully in a little more concise manner if you can. Unfortunately, it’s highly unlikely you’d win a 2nd appeal, and if you did, all emails and contacts would be gone and not retrievable. Here’s the form for a 2nd (final) appeal:

In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help @cc.yahoo-inc.com
Note: please delete the blank space between help and @ which I had to insert because Yahoo can’t handle long addresses. If this doesn’t help, call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hrs you should get your account back!

If your account was deleted for a legit reason and not hacked, Yahoo will let you know when you try the suggestion above. By reading your question it’s hard to tell what is truly going on, but don’t give up hope yet! My suggestion has helped folks to get their account back after they were told by staff it was impossible.
