How do i reformat my hard drive if i cannot start my computer normally on a Windows Millennium Edition?

How do i reformat my computer’s hard drive on windows millennium edtion if all i have to work with is the setup menu on the computer?

   You need a bootable floppy or cd/dvd that has the format utility on it. Then you boot to the disk and format the drive

   Get a floppy boot disk. In bios select it to boot off the floppy then, at the A prompt type format c:
