Windows 98?
I want to use Game Maker 7 because they no longer have any tutorials for Game Maker 6.1. So I put Game Maker 7 on my computer, which is Windows 98. It says it needs to be version 2000 or higher. Can someone please provide a computer update that lets me update my Windows 98 to Winodws 2000 or XP?

That would require a new OS install and isn’t a simple “update” to Windows. My advice would be to get a new PC which has XP preinstalled. Most new computers come with Vista, but you can probably get it even cheaper if you request XP be installed instead. If your current system is still using 98 then it may not even be powerful enough to handle XP very well depending on how long ago you bought it. Any old PC made in the last 6 years should be OK with XP though.
