How can i restore windows vista from pirated windows 7?

Hey i was wondering like i wanted windows 7 so bad and i upgraded it to a pirated one and it was a bad mistake how do i restore previous windows? please help. BTW i don’t have the disks because windows vista came on my cp

You have to buy a Vista disc. Or you can just buy a legal copy of Windows 7 and reinstall it.
