How do i get my windows 2000 professional 2000 to require username and password at every startup?

Hi I have windows 2000 professional and i want to set it up so that it will ask for a username and password every time the computer is turned on. PLEASE help! Thank You

   Control Panel, User Accounts, and make default password for every account.
